The market is witnessing significant buying support from the indices like Realty, Capital Goods, Power and Banking stocks. However, the metal stocks are still under pressure. The BSE Sensex managed to trade above the 13300 mark and the NSE Nifty above the 4000 mark in the afternoon trade.

The overall market breadth is positive, as 1539 stocks are advancing whereas 973 stocks that are declining.

DLF reported the top gainer from the BSE Sensex pack. It is trading higher by (10.12%) at Rs.420.50 while Tata Steel the top loser down by (2.78%) at Rs.639.15.

At 2.31PM BSE Sensex is at 13,360.53 up by 266.42 points and Nifty is at 4,013.95 up by 88.20 points.

The BSE Mid Cap is higher by 88.03 points to 5,249.79 and the Small Cap advanced by 74.49 points to 6,423.66.

The BSE Realty index is the top gainer today trading with a gain of 355.67 points at 4,650.89. The main gainers are HDIL up by (11.45%) at Rs.407, DLF increased by (10.12%) at Rs.420.50 followed by Mahindra Life and Unitech inclined by (8.33%) and (7.66%) to Rs.437 and 165.80 respectively.

The most active shares on NSE are Reliance Capital trading at Rs.971.05 with a total traded quantity of 7062384 shares followed by Reliance trading at Rs.2090 with a total traded quantity of 3123067 shares.
