BSE Sensex is at 14,354.35 down by 422.66 points at 2.31 pm

The market is still trading weak as selling pressure continued in the selective scrips. The Bank, Oil & Gas, Realty and Capital Goods stocks are out of favor today. However, the FMCG and Pharma stocks are trading in green.
The BSE Mid Cap and BSE Small Cap are also trading lower.

The overall market breadth is negative, as 1,118 stocks are advancing whereas 1,400 stocks that are declining.

Ranbaxy Laboratories reported the top gainer from the BSE Sensex pack. It is trading higher by (2.89%) at Rs.480.15 while ICICI Bank reported the top loser down by (9.21%) at Rs.659.85.

At 2.31PM BSE Sensex is at 14,354.35 down by 422.66 points and Nifty is at 4,335.35 down by 98.20 points.

The BSE Mid Cap is lower by 2.97 points to 5,577.92 and the Small Cap slipped by 3.26 points to 6,792.85.

The BSE Bank index is the top loser today trading with a loss of 335.08 points at 6,828.40. The main losers are ICICI Bank down by (10.28%) at Rs.655.15, HDFC Bank decreased by (7.08%) at Rs.1,127.90 followed by AXIX Bank and Kotak Bank declined by (5.72%) and (3.13%) to Rs.718 and Rs.560.95 respectively.

The most active shares on NSE are Reliance trading at Rs.2158.50 with a total traded quantity of 5467051 shares followed by ICICI Bank trading at Rs.660.55 with a total traded quantity of 9301930 shares.
