BSE Sensex is at 15,111.41 up by 37.86 points at 2.31 pm
The markets have shed some points from the day’s high but are still trading higher as buying continued across the board mainly led by the Consumer Durables, Auto, Realty, Bank and Metal stocks.
Sterlite Industries reported the top gainer from the BSE Sensex pack. It is trading higher by (5.36%) at Rs.619.45 while Bharti Airtel reported the top loser down by (2.37%) at Rs.849.05.
At 2.31PM BSE Sensex is at 15,111.41 up by 37.86 points and Nifty is at 4,546.30 up by 28.75 points.
The BSE Mid Cap is higher by 19.48 points to 5,874.91 and the Small Cap advanced by 31.75 points to 7,175.88.
The BSE Realty index is the one of the top gainer today trading with a gain of 89.32 points at 5,631.99. The main gainers are Ansal Infra up by (11.90%) at Rs.102, Parsavnath increased by (3.41%) at Rs.128.75 followed by Omaxe Ltd. and Mahindra Life inclined by (2.76%) and (2.14%) to Rs.137.60 and Rs.493.35 respectively.
The most active shares on NSE are Reliance Industries trading at Rs.2,290.10 with a total traded quantity of 2100863 shares followed by Reliance Capital trading at Rs.1,402 with a total traded quantity of 2749759 shares.
